BARB HUNT is a dry-eyed nostalgic who delivers contemporary bites of naked truth wrapped in a rich appealing texture. She writes poetry, fiction and non-fiction from her home in Port Perry, Ontario, Canada. She has had work published in literary journals and magazines in Canada and the U.S.
LUCY BRENNAN’S poetry has been published in Canada, Ireland and the U.K. Her first collection is entitled Migrants All, published by watershedBooks (Toronto 1999) She has produced a CD of stories and poems, The Tellings and Mad Sweeney. Her play, Daughter of the House, was produced in Toronto in April/May 2008. She is often to be found on stage in works as diverse as those of Dion Boucicault and Anton Chekhov.
CLARA BLACKWOOD is a Toronto poet who feels a strong connection with the Irish side of her ancestry. Her first poetry collection, Subway Medusa (2007), was the inaugural book in Guernica Editions’ First Poets Series, which features first books by poets thirty-five and under. Her poetry has appeared in such Canadian journals as the Hart House Review, Misunderstandings Magazine, Quills, Rampike, Carousel, and the UK magazine Dream Catcher. She holds a B.A. in English Literature from the University of Toronto.
JAMES OHARA is often annoying but rarely cloying. Take him or leave him but you won’t forget him. We’re lucky to have him!
